Weight Loss Challenge – Update

Day three: Your favourite healthy meal (Spaghetti Carbonara)

Day four: Your naughty but nice meal (Sticky Toffee Pudding and Custard)

Day five: Favourite exercise (Horse Riding)

So I’m officially pants. I went away this weekend and BINGED. It was a case of being away and buying food – so I’m going to make myself feel bad and try and list everything I have eaten since friday.

FRIDAY:

McDonalds – Big Mac Meal with Fanta

Packet of Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies (large ones)

4 x Blue Riband Bars

3 x Mini Flapjacks

Chinese Takeaway – Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls

SATURDAY:

Bacon Rolls

Cheese Sandwich

Oatmeal Flapjack

Cold buffet – ham rolls, eggs, salad, coleslaw

Toffee Crumble Pudding and cream

3 x Blue Riband Bars

2 x Mini Flapjacks

2 x Chocolate Chip Cookies

God knows how much alcohol!

SUNDAY:

Sausage Sandwiches

Cheese Sandwich

Oatmeal Flapjack

McDonalds – Chicken Legend Meal & Twix McFlurry

Salt & vinegar crisps

 

SO WHY DO I NOT FEEL BAD ABOUT THIS? WHERE IS MY MOTIVATION?!
