Pretty much too tired to write much apart from the fact that I am feeling very down and very emotional. I am having overwhelming urges to cut.

I managed to be mindful all the way home (5 minutes ?) using observe and describe.

I wish I could control the desire to harm myself.

  2. The only thing that I’ve found that helps me is watching movies, distraction. Not on TV though because as soon as the commercials with all these shiny happy people come on I get pissed and sad. I’ve watched more movies and shows on netflix than I can count. You could always watch those crazy hilarious video’s you posted awhile back! Cracks me up just thinking about it!
