  2. What’s funny is I did Tai Chi today and I came out of that drawing HUGE comparisons to the video. Let me tell you, after I was done. I felt balanced, like all the crap that has been going on has left my head (at least for awhile), and just being at the moment was all I needed. I seriously got emotional on how just that moment was clear. I highly suggest trying it if you can.
