    Reading stuff like this isn’t helping you. It’s going to push you into a bigger depressive episode. Right now the best thing to do is give some loving kindness to yourself, validate that you are feeling bad. Your emotions are probably hot right now so you need to cool them down a little. Try the breathing mediation that I posted it will help reduce anxious thoughts. You have been upset before and it has passed. This will pass too.
