  1. Such an insightful blog. You should be applauded for the insight you have into others behaviors and recognition that it is not always “you”
    As a carer for my beautiful daughter; who also has BPD, I read your post with so much hope that she too can make such progress in her way of thinking. I could not agree with you more when you mention that many in our community (BPD or not) could benefit from some of the skills you talk about. How wonderful life would be if we didn’t ponder on past regrets and looked forward to a positive future. I hope that as your husband passes through his grief of his sisters passing, he too can see his way forward to look into himself and work on his relationship with you and your children.

    1. Thank you so much for your comment, it means so much to me when I have feedback on things I write on the blog. I really try my best to get insight into the reasons why I am the way I am, hopefully then someone may be able to make those realisations a lot quicker than I did, and save themselves and their family a lot of heartache.
